Privacy policy

I run this site alone. No marketing team, no CRM, no hidden database. I collect the bare minimum needed to keep the site running and to reply to people who write to me. This page explains what, why, for how long, and how you can opt out.

What I collect

• Email address, only if you sign up to the game release notification form. Stored on Mailjet (email sending provider). Used only to notify you when the game ships. Never sold, never shared.
• Supporter testimonial content (first name or alias, city or stand, free-form text), only if you choose to submit the "Ici c'est Paris" form. Published on the site if approved.
• Anonymous technical data (country, device type, pages viewed, session duration), collected via Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics so I understand which pages are read and how to improve the site.
• Ad-related data processed by Google AdSense if you accepted advertising cookies. This allows Google to serve relevant ads and measure performance.

Cookies and trackers

The site uses several third-party cookies:

• Google Analytics: audience measurement (page views, duration, anonymised geographic origin).
• Google AdSense: ad serving and measurement.
• Vercel Analytics: technical performance monitoring (load time, errors).

You can refuse these cookies through your browser settings or with any extension of your choice. Refusing cookies does not break the site, it only disables measurement.

Legal basis and purpose

• Consent for advertising cookies, non-essential analytics, and email list sign-up.
• Legitimate interest for running the editorial site and publishing approved testimonials.

Retention period

• Signup email: as long as you stay subscribed, or up to 3 years after your last interaction.
• Published testimonials: as long as the site exists, unless you ask me to remove yours.
• Google Analytics data: 14 months by default.
• Vercel Analytics technical data: 90 days.

Processors

Three providers may process data as part of the site's technical operation:

• Vercel Inc. (hosting and performance analytics).
• Google LLC (Analytics and AdSense).
• Mailjet SAS (email notification delivery).

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise these rights, one address: contact@psg-2025.com. I reply within 30 days at the latest.

If you feel your rights are not respected, you can file a complaint with the French data protection authority CNIL.
