THE RULES OF THE GAME
Terms of use
Last updated: April 14, 2026
1. Purpose
These terms govern the use of psg-2025.com. By browsing the site, you accept them. If you disagree with any point, the solution is simple: do not use the site.
2. Nature of the site
psg-2025.com is an independent supporter site. It has no legal or commercial link with Paris Saint-Germain Football Club. Analyses published here reflect the author's point of view, not the club's.
3. Editorial content
The articles, analyses, player pages and multimedia content here are produced for sports information and editorial commentary. Facts cited come from public, verifiable sources (UEFA, Ligue 1, the sports press, API-Football data). If you spot a factual error, please flag it via the contact page.
4. User-generated content
When you submit a testimonial via the "Ici c'est Paris" form, you allow me to publish it on the site with the first name or alias you provide. Insulting, discriminatory or clearly off-topic testimonials are not published. You can ask for your testimonial to be removed at any time by emailing contact@psg-2025.com.
5. Intellectual property
Editorial texts, source code, site structure and design choices are protected by copyright. Player illustrations remain the property of their author, Gülay Dundar. Paris Saint-Germain Football Club trademarks and logos belong to their legitimate holders.
Quoting a paragraph with credit and a link back to the source page: allowed. Copying full pages, scraping the site, or reusing illustrations without permission: not allowed.
6. Availability and liability
The site is provided as is. I do my best to keep it online, up to date and accurate, but I cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. No compensation can be claimed for downtime, bugs or occasional factual errors.
7. External links
Some links point to third-party sites (sports press, YouTube, Instagram). I do not control their content and cannot be held responsible for how they evolve.
8. Changes to these terms
I may update these terms if the site evolves (new feature, provider change, legal obligation). The last update date is shown at the top of this page.
9. Applicable law
French law. If a dispute cannot be settled amicably, French courts have sole jurisdiction.
